  • Pilots number one singles player each of her four years at the Unviversity, Irene was the NAIA's number one ranked player in Northwest region in 1981, 82', 83', and 84' as she won 67 of 89 matches
  • In 1983 and 1984 her record placed her in the NAIA's top 25 nationally ranked players and those 67 career wins still ranks her first all-time for the Pilots
  • Selected three times as the Pilot's Most Valuable Player
  • Selected by the NAIA as an academic all-America in 1983 and 1984 for her accomplishments in the classroom
