  • Reached the NAIA national tournament in Kansas City six times at the University
  • Took the fourth place trophy in 1952 of the NAIA national tournament
  • During the 1951-1952 season the team was packing in fans, 126,711 to be exact, a single season attendance record that stands today
  • Between 1948 and 1952 the Pilots averaged 22 wins per season and the 23 wins posted during the 1951-52 season is an all time high for the university
  • Elected to the State of Oregon Hall of Fame in 1988
  • Mush passed away in 1987
